2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to open an account on ttk11 and participate in any gaming activity is 21 years. This platform is only for those aged 21 or above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. ttk11 may request proof of identity or age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing incorrect information may result in account suspension or closure.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

• Only individuals of legal age may create an account.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number.
• Account details must not be shared with anyone else.
• You must cooperate with the identity verification process.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ttk11 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit after receiving the bonus.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• All bonuses may only be used in specific games or betting sections designated by ttk11.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• ttk11 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

4.4 VIP Program

ttk11's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Gold. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active gaming activity.

6.1 ttk11's Rights

ttk11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Providing incorrect or false information.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Instructions from a court or regulatory authority.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time through our customer support team. An opportunity to withdraw any settled balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless a bonus-related condition has not been met.

6.3 Transaction Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding any transaction or betting outcome, you must notify our support team within 7 days of the incident. ttk11 will review all disputes fairly and transparently before issuing a decision. ttk11's decision will be considered final.
